I'm so exhausted!
I had a hard day finding effective ways to communicate, to both clients and colleagues, the problems we had with the factory machine.
The problem was only solved this morning. Sam McGreasy had the brilliant idea of asking a previous employee, now retired, to come over and help us out. It seems the machine was his "baby" and Cablinc let him go without a proper information handling process. It was nice of him to come, specially at such short notice.
