The communication plan for the opening of the new factory in Turkey needs to consider: internal communication, communication with locals and a good marketing plan.
As I was doing a bit of research, I found some information about peer assists: a cool video, an explanation of it being used at NASA and a more detailed one of this technique used at BP. The latter is in fact signed by Chris Collison and Geoff Parcell who wrote "Learning to Fly" and who included Peer Assists as part of their Learning Before, During and After approach.
I feel that there are quite a few people at Cablinc who can contribute their experience to help me shape the communication plan so I am seriously considering running a peer assist. Watch this space!
Gathering thoughts and insights from people who have done things before can greatly reduce costs and produce massive savings. Attend Social Now Europe 2019 (Lisbon, Portugal - 6 & 7 June) to see how it can be done.
