Today I found some time to sit down and start planning a peer assist to help with defining a good communications plan for the opening of the new Cablinc factory.
As a fist step, I asked Yasmin Kushal to help me think of colleagues to invite. She helped me identify 7 colleagues who were around when the other two factories were open. They are now on my list of invitees.
Gathering thoughts and insights from people who have done things before can greatly reduce costs and produce massive savings. Attend Social Now Europe 2019 (Lisbon, Portugal - 6 & 7 June) to see how it can be done.
