Jacqui McLaw is clearly worried. Despite the good relationship Cablinc has with the client, it's almost certain they will want to blame Cablinc for the fire. This week she will be in touch with all those at Cablinc who have worked at that client's site. She needs to know as much as possible about the work done, any incidents, etc. so that we are prepared.
Sam McCable, who is now also overall responsible for Quality, is tasking Mark Good, the Quality Director, with looking into these recent incidents to understand if we failed following any of our procedures.
