Tricky projects

Lunchtime at the cafeteria. The same group of people comes in and sits down at one of the tables. I am intrigued. As they walk past me to go get their food, I get Adam Baker's attention and ask him about the group and what they do.

Adam explains that they are a group of junior engineers who meet regularly to discuss current projects, tricky situations, etc.. I am guessing this is the way they found to deal with the little access they have to the more experienced engineers.

Enterprise social tools can help colleagues share knowledge and experience with each other. Attend Social Now Europe 2019 (Lisbon, Portugal - 6 & 7 June) to see how it can be done.
