Changes are afoot

Today I bumped into Steve McGreasy, Head of Factory Operations. He was not a happy bunny!

He’s obviously stressed because of this week’s problem at our UK factory. However, I heard he is also struggling with John McChief’s recent decision to move him under Sam McCable, Head of Engineering. He feels demoted and, on top of that, he feels a lot of change is coming his way. He and his team will have to learn to work closely with McCable’s team.

The Quality department is likely to join the Engineering team as well. I think Sam McCable will have a hard time bringing together all those distinct ways of working.
