New factory in Turkey
Today it was my first top management team weekly meeting.
On my screen the faces of John McChief (CEO), Sam McCable (Head of Engineering), Kate McCash (CFO), Louise McGeek (CIO), James McMann (Head of HR), Phil McPlan (Head of Projects), Jacqui McLaw (Head of Legal) and myself. It’s refreshing to see so many female faces.
The main focus of today’s meeting was the new factory. Last year, Cablinc decided to set up a factory plant in Turkey. They hope to open the factory by the end of 2022. I suspect there will be a lot of work coming my way. Bring it on!
