Playing it safe

The mood at today’s meeting was very somber. Yesterday was tough.

Jacqui McLaw is clearly worried. Despite the good relationship Cablinc has with the client, it’s almost certain they will want to blame Cablinc for the fire.

Next week Jacqui will be in touch with all those at Cablinc who have worked at that client’s site. She needs to know as much as possible about the work done and any incidents so that we are fully prepared.

Sam McCable, who is now also overall responsible for Quality, is tasking Mark McGood, the Quality Director, with looking into these recent incidents to understand if we failed following any of our procedures.
