New factory in Turkey

Tuesdays are top-management-meeting days. Today I attended my first one.

It was a chance of meeting all members of the senior team and seeing the dynamics between them: John McChief (CEO), Sam McCable (Head of Engineering), Kate McCash (CFO), Louise McGeek (CIO), James McMann (Head of HR), Phil McPlan (Head of Projects) and Jacqui McLaw (Head of Legal).

The main focus of today’s meeting was the new factory. Last year, Cablinc decided to set up a factory plant in Turkey. The plan is to open the factory for production by the end of 2024. I suspect there will be a lot of work coming my way. Bring it on!

By the way, it’s refreshing to see so many women in the senior team.
