The communication plan for the opening of the new factory in Turkey needs to consider: internal communication, communication with locals and a good marketing plan.

I will have to look outside for inputs for the outwards facing comms. However, I feel that there are people at Cablinc who can contribute their experience to help me shape the internal communication plan. So I am planning a peer assist. First step? Identify the peers.

Unsure where else to start, I asked Yasmin Kushal to help me. She identified a few colleagues who were around when the other two factories were open. They are now on my list of invitees.
